General Conditions Of Use

Normal Delivery Arrangements
Please allow 3-5 buisness days for delivery**. Please email us at sales@camerahousedutyfree.com.au for urgent requests or to confirm that items are in stock. We take responsibility for insurance on goods in transit to the listed address on the order . All freight sent is trackable. All orders must be signed for (please ensure you or your agent is at the delivery address to sign for your order). Any claims for insurance (e.g. damaged in transit, lost in transit) must be reported IMMEDIATELY to the freight company and Camerahouse Dutyfree for assessment. **We do NOT guarantee to deliver in this time.

Freight on Large Orders
Freight on Orders for multiple items (3 or more cameras) or items that are bulky (pelican cases, studio lighting kits and unusually awkward items) will be charged at a higher rate if necessary to recover costs of delivery and insurance.

If we have made an error in pricing, we will notify you of the correct price and give you the option to cancel.

If we have made an error with stock availability, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel.

If you provide us with your credit card details, these said details are true, correct and current.

When you take delivery of our product, you must inspect it immediately. You must report to us in writing any damage or incorrect supply that must be received by us within 7 days of delivery otherwise we may refuse any claim you make. If our product is damaged or "dead on arrival" when we deliver it to you we may accept its return and replace it with an equivalent product or credit you with the price paid, at our option. We will accept the return of our product if the product is not in accordance with your order, your proof of purchase is returned, and it is returned to us in its original condition within 7 days of delivery.
